Enhancing Agricultural Education in Uzbekistan with Livestock Equipment
As part of the EU-funded project “Skills Development for Employability in Rural Areas of Uzbekistan,” coordinated by UNESCO, KCT has delivered advanced livestock equipment to three agricultural technical schools in Bukhara, Surkhandarya, and Khorezm regions. This project aims to modernize educational tools and improve vocational training in Uzbekistan’s rural areas.
The delivered equipment includes anatomical models, portable milking machines, veterinary ultrasonography devices, and other cutting-edge tools. This initiative is designed to provide students with hands-on experience using modern equipment, preparing them for successful careers in the livestock and agricultural sectors.
The main goal of this project is to enhance the employability of students in rural areas by upgrading the agricultural technical schools with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that graduates are better equipped with the skills needed in modern agriculture.
The upgraded facilities will benefit hundreds of students annually, offering them the opportunity to learn with the latest technologies used in the livestock industry. This, in turn, will contribute to the development of a skilled workforce that supports the agricultural economy of Uzbekistan.
We are proud to have worked with top global brands, including Shinova Medical Ltd., to bring world-class equipment to these institutions.
_"We are committed to empowering the next generation of agricultural professionals in Uzbekistan by providing them with the tools they need to succeed. This project is a step towards fostering innovation and growth in the rural agricultural sector." – Umardjon Yuldashov, Director,KCT
